Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets for his MU across designated accounts and marketing targets to generate leads for all LoBs, aligned with the sales/marketing strategy.
  • Key KPIs include Order Book and Revenue, Margins, Customer Satisfaction, Hit Rate, and Strength of Relationship/Strategic Information Management.
  • Identify leads or opportunities for all LoBs across assigned accounts, assess opportunities with input from LoB Managers, and prepare comprehensive information for reporting.
  • Report opportunity assessments for projects to the steering committee as part of the bidding process.
  • Build and develop new client relationships, bringing in new accounts in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Manage communications and resolve issues within relevant accounts, responding to inquiries and correspondence.
  • Generate sales opportunities across the country within assigned accounts, participating in bidding decisions with the Sales Manager, Country Manager, or CCO based on DOA.
  • Monitor project progress, profit/loss status, and cash flow in coordination with Project Managers and LoBs.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers as needed.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports and update CRM with all opportunity and account information.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and Presales team to develop market and pricing strategies.
  • Schedule follow-up visits to ensure project smoothness and approach old clients for new opportunities and maintenance contracts.
  • Support ongoing industry knowledge development through participation in virtual SIGs.
  • Work with Presales to stay updated on LoB portfolios and new solutions/products.
