The Role

We are hiring a Sales Account Manager to join the Country Field Sales team, focusing on the H&R segment. This role combines new business development with strategic account management, targeting hospitality groups, developers, and high-end residential projects.

The position requires a consultative sales professional who is commercially sharp, credible with senior stakeholders, and comfortable managing complex solution-based deals. This is a front-line, revenue-driving role with clear accountability for growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned sales, profitability, and cash flow targets within the H&R segment
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across hotels and residential projects
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while continuously identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Generate and qualify leads, profile customers, plan sales activities, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Conduct regular customer and prospect visits in line with company sales standards
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional account management and follow-up
  • Provide structured market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and segment trends
  • Manage the local market effectively, ensuring strong pipeline coverage and deal progression
