Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and certified Safety Manager to lead HSE operations on a major project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing site-wide safety programs, with a Level 6 or higher safety certification and 5+ years of relevant experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or Diploma in Level 6 (as per Saudi regulations)
  • 5+ years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Health & Safety regulations, and risk management protocols
  • Excellent reporting, incident investigation, and communication skills
