A leading engineering firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Safety Engineer to provide expertise during the FEED phase of projects. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to HSE standards and incorporate safety-in-design principles. A degree in Engineering and significant experience in the Oil & Gas sector are required. Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in Safety for major Oil and Gas projects.
• Twelve years of experience is preferable with six years in Safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety engineering expertise during the FEED phase.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent closely related field. Member of an appropriate professional organization for HSE.
• Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent closely related field. Member of an appropriate professional organization for HSE.

Job Responsibilities

To provide safety engineering expertise during the FEED phase of oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or industrial projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory, client, and company HSE standards, and to incorporate safety-in-design principles into all aspects of the engineering deliverables.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• Eight (8) years of experience; Four (4) years of which within the field of Safety for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Twelve (12) years of experience; Six (6) years of which within the field of Safety for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
