A leading manpower firm is hiring a Safety / EHS Engineer for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects in Saudi Arabia. The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, NEBOSH Certification, and 5 to 10 years of experience in EHS roles. Responsibilities include conducting HSE inductions, developing HSE plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a safety-first culture. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid passport with minimum 9 months validity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for site personnel.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plans.
• Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work, Work Method Statements, and risk assessments.
• Promote a safety-first culture in line with company HSE policies.
• Provide reports related to safety performance and site compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)

• NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles

• Experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects

• Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:
