Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, NEBOSH certification, and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include conducting HSE inductions, developing HSE plans, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles.
• Experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects.
• Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnel.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plans.
• Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and risk assessments.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies.
• Provide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance.
