Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining clean, inviting, and well‑organized guest rooms.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist in deep cleaning projects as needed.
• Maintain guest privacy and protect their personal belongings.
• Record and report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
