• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety strategies specific to road and highway projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits of construction sites.
• Lead incident investigation processes and develop corrective actions.
• Create and deliver training programs for staff on safety procedures.
• Monitor health and safety performance metrics and report to management.
