Parsons is seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Risk and Reporting Manager to lead the integrated management of risk, opportunity, and performance reporting across a multi-billion dollar mega‑project in Riyadh. This critical leadership role involves establishing the governance framework for both quantitative risk analysis and executive‑level performance communication.
The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the client leadership have real‑time, accurate visibility into project status, potential threats, and mitigating actions, driving data‑informed decision‑making across all project lifecycles.
Risk Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan (RMP) and procedures, ensuring alignment with Parsons and client governance standards.
Lead quantitative schedule and cost risk analysis workshops and modeling using tools like Primavera Risk Analysis or @Risk to determine project confidence levels and contingency requirements.
Performance Reporting:
Design and execute the Project Reporting Protocol, ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely reporting of project performance across cost, schedule, and quality.
Develop high‑quality, executive‑level reports and dashboards that effectively translate complex project data and risk exposures into actionable strategic insights for senior leadership.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP, PMI‑RMP, or similar certification is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Project Controls, specifically focused on Risk Management and Executive Reporting for large‑scale infrastructure or construction mega‑projects (multi‑billion dollar value).
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of risk modeling tools and advanced proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Integrate risk data directly into reporting, clearly quantifying the impact of potential risks and the effectiveness of risk response plans on the project baseline.
Establish and manage the Risk Register, facilitating regular risk identification, assessment, response planning, and monitoring with all delivery teams.
