Position: Risk Manager - Insurance

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join a leading insurance company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance risk management, with a deep understanding of best practices and regulatory requirements. The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing potential risks that could impact the company's operations, financial stability, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives
• Identify potential risks and evaluate their potential impact on the company's operations and financial stability
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize potential threats
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators and provide recommendations for risk reduction
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the company's risk management practices are up-to-date
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and insurance providers
• Conduct regular training and awareness sessions to educate employees on risk management best practices

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a consulting or financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess potential risks
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation plans
