Job summary

تبحث شركة متخصصة في الحماية البيئية في المنطقة الشرقية من المملكة العربية السعودية عن موظف للتمتع بمجموعة من المسؤوليات المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولًا عن توجيه الفرق في الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وتولي مقابلات متعلقة بأنظمة إدارة السلامة والبيئة. تشمل المهام ضمان الامتثال، إجراء inspections، وتقديم تقارير مفصلة للإدارة.

Responsibilities

• الالتزام بجميع المعايير والسياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة.
• توفير التوجيه والمشورة لجميع الموظفين لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة ومتوافقة.
• مراقبة برامج السلامة والت sampling والتقارير ذات الصلة.
• الحفاظ على معرفة محدثة بجميع اللوائح والمعايير والإرشادات التنظيمية.
• الرد بسرعة على مشكلات الصحة والسلامة.
• تنظيم والمشاركة في مسوحات السلامة والتفتيش.
• مراجعة وتقديم التغذية الراجعة على جوانب الصحة والسلامة في العقود.
• دعم تنفيذ وتحسين برامج الصحة والسلامة.
• المشاركة في الاجتماعات وورش العمل المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة.
• تحضير تقارير مفصلة وتقديم عروض متعلقة بالصحة والسلامة للإدارة.
• تنسيق المشاريع المستمرة المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة.
• تحديد وتقييم والحد من الظروف الخطرة وسلوكيات العمل غير الآمنة.
• اجراء تفتيشات في الموقع لضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة.
• تقديم تقارير حول عدم الالتزام الكبير بمسائل البيئة.
• إجراء أنشطة إدارة المخاطر المتعلقة بالمواقع والعمليات.
• تطوير وتنفيذ برامج توعية السلامة.
• مراجعة وتحليل الحوادث البيانات والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
• إجراء تحقيقات root cause analysis وتحضير تقارير رسمية لجميع الحوادث.
• اجراء تدقيقات داخلية لأنظمة الإدارة.
• تقييم الالتزام والفرص للتحسين.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all applicable company, departmental, and international HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance and consultation to all personnel to promote a safe and compliant working environment.
• Supervise safety monitoring and sampling programs, including data interpretation and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant HSE regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Respond promptly to HSE concerns, audits, and requests for information from operational teams.
• Organize and participate in safety and environmental surveys, inspections, and assessments.
• Review and provide feedback on HSE aspects of contracts and project documentation.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs and initiatives.
• Attend and contribute to HSE meetings, workshops, and professional development courses.
• Promote HSE awareness through presentations, safety campaigns, and visual communication tools.
• Prepare detailed reports and deliver HSE-related presentations to management and field teams.
• Coordinate ongoing HSE projects such as Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate hazardous conditions and unsafe work practices.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with company safety procedures and best practices.
• Report and escalation significant non-compliance or environmental issues to management.
• Carry out risk management activities related to operational sites and facilities.
• Develop and conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and specialized HSE training programs.
• Review and analyze incidents, property damage, and loss data; recommend corrective actions to reduce risk.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and prepare formal reports for all incidents.
• Perform pre-commencement and pre-qualification audits and inspections of contractor rigs and facilities.
• Conduct internal management system audits to evaluate compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
