We are currently searching for a Revenue Operations Specialist to work at the Revenue Operations (RevOps) department supporting our vision in creating remarkable internal and customer experience.

On the RevOps team, you get to build systems, processes, and alignment that help Alnafitha IT and our customers grow faster.

Your will own the delivery from high level; your major goal is to fulfill commercial orders as per deadlines; assign and request services, follow up and always keep customer updated with delivery / order status, create purchase orders and follow up with vendors or external suppliers to make sure services are received in time.

Customers and Suppliers Data

  • Support the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update the sales () (zoho )system with accurate sales data.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance analytics.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, customers and finance departments.
  • Help develop and implement sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Provide general support for sales‑related inquiries and tasks.
Requirements
Certification Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
Technical Skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, automation tools, and other sales systems.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
