Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in returns or receiving.
• Experience in Retail or FMCG warehouses is a strong plus.
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, sorting, organizing).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all returned items arriving at the warehouse.
• Verify quantities, item codes, and conditions against return documents.
• Sort returned products into categories (resalable, damaged, expired, defective).
• Record all return transactions accurately in the warehouse system.
