Job summary

A leading fashion retailer in Saudi Arabia is looking for a dedicated supervisory staff member to work closely with the Store Manager. The role involves achieving sales objectives while ensuring the highest levels of customer service. Responsibilities include providing feedback on staff performance and product offerings, as well as stepping in for the Store Manager during absences. Candidates should have at least 3 years of retail experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years retail experience, ideally at a supervisory level.
  • Understanding of fashion retail, including accessories and footwear.
  • English language skills, both written and verbal; Arabic is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Store Manager to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Provide feedback to the store and area managers.
