  • Track retail performance metrics, competitor activities, and insights.
  • Support new product launches by preparing stores and confirming listings.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports including store performance.

About the Role

The Retail Sales Specialist supports the execution of Barns’ retail sales strategy by maintaining in-store excellence, tracking product performance, handling retailer coordination, and ensuring the smooth rollout of commercial agreements and activations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of commercial agreements (including BDAs) with retail partners by ensuring deliverables are executed in-store and online.
  • Conduct regular store and account visits to monitor product visibility, stock levels, pricing accuracy, and promotion execution.
  • Monitor On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and address stock or replenishment issues by coordinating with supply chain and sales teams.
  • Handle day-to-day coordination with retailers and e-commerce platforms to support listings, offers, content accuracy, and visibility.
  • Work across modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels to ensure consistent execution of brand initiatives.
  • Liaise with merchandising teams to maintain planogram compliance and optimize shelf presence.
  • Track retail performance metrics, competitor activities, and in-store insights to support business decisions.
  • Support new product launches by preparing stores, ensuring staff awareness, and confirming listing execution.
  • Follow up on delivery schedules and retail feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports including store performance, field issues, and retail updates.
