  • Introduces latest trends and adopts new technology.
  • Assists F&B Director with compilation of new food or beverage menus.
  • Develops detailed understanding of the market and guest’s needs.
  • Being attentive to guests and anticipating their needs.
  • Takes appropriate actions to resolve guests complaints.
  • Manages daily operation of restaurants.
  • Maintains database (email) of restaurants clients.
  • Reviews checklists to maintain high standard of cleanliness.
  • Challenges the way things are done; identifies areas requiring change and suggests ideas to support the change.
