Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quick Service Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our client’s fast‑paced restaurant in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring top‑tier service quality, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and overseeing the F&B team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant and bar.
  • Maintaining a high level of guest service and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all guests’ needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.
  • Training, coaching, and motivating team members to reach their potential.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.
  • Reporting operational issues and improvement suggestions to F&B management.
  • Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Resolving guest requests and handling any complaints.
  • Actively contributing to a positive and energetic work environment.
Qualifications

Filipino national currently based in Riyadh (transferable Iqama).

  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or casual dining environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Hands‑on approach with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
Essential ingredients
  • Preferably experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays with focus on the evenings.
  • Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language.
