A leading hospitality group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee one of the city’s busiest and most stylish all-day dining venues. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth and polished guest experience from open to close.
  • Manage a large team across multiple dayparts, including busy weekend brunch and evening service.
  • Maintain strong cost control, including labour scheduling, stock management, and P&L reporting.
  • Drive training and performance standards across the team, reinforcing company values and service expectations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand presentation standards.
  • Build a proactive guest service culture, handling feedback, complaints, and VIP requests professionally.
  • Collaborate with head office and marketing teams on events, activations, and promotions.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: SAR 16,000/month (tax‑free, live‑out).
Annual flight allowance.
Full medical insurance.
Visa and relocation costs fully covered.

This is a live‑out position based in Riyadh, KSA.
