Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of F&B operations and revenue management.
  • Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
