A well-established restaurant in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing all staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, finances, and personnel
  • Train and supervise all staff members, including servers, cooks, and other employees
  • Ensure that all customers receive high-quality service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Create work schedules for employees and manage labor costs
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menus or dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
