Resort Manager for Indian Employees in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia
As a Resort Manager for Indian employees in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. You will manage a team of Indian employees and work closely with other department heads to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the resort's operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the resort.
  • Train and supervise Indian employees to provide excellent service to guests.
  • Create work schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure smooth functioning of the resort.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Monitor budgets and financial targets to ensure profitability of the resort.
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely manner with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Resort Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or another Indian language is a plus).
  • Knowledge of reservation systems such as Opera or Fidelio.
  • Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
