Job summary

A luxury hotel in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the Reservations Department. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing and Sales to maximize Room Yield and offer exceptional customer service while adhering to brand standards. A university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Reservation Manager, Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
