About the Role
Join our pre-opening Reservations team as Reservations / Core Agent at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Reservations / Core Manager, you will handle guest reservations, support system setup, and ensure a seamless booking experience from pre-opening through daily operations.
What You Will Do
Support pre-opening tasks including reservations system setup, rate loading, and guest profile database creation.
Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels with a focus on personalized guest service.
Process individual, group, and VIP reservations accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences in the system.
Support daily management of rates, inventory, and distribution channels.
Monitor system accuracy and escalate technical issues when needed.
Prepare pre-arrival reports and collaborate with operational departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.
Act as a brand ambassador during every guest interaction.
What You Bring
Previous experience in reservations or front office roles within luxury hospitality, preferably in a pre-opening environment.
Knowledge of reservations systems (e.g., Opera, CRS) and distribution channels preferred.
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
