  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop realistic financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabian financial regulations, IFRS, and internal controls; manage audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, new product launches, and expansion plans.
  • Monitor key financial KPIs and deliver executive-level presentations to highlight performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain robust risk management frameworks to safeguard financial assets and ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
  • 2–5 years of progressive experience in financial management within the Financial Services industry, with exposure to banking, asset management, or investment services.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations, and local tax compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of team development and performance management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong focus on accuracy, integrity, and strategic thinking.
