A construction company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations. Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role with a construction business.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP) and tax regulations.

Supervise daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.

Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.

Responsible for timely & accurate reporting to the head office based in UAE.

Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and budgets before submission to head office.

Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and financial regulations.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and support treasury functions.

Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team; train and develop staff.

Collaborate with other departments to support business planning and financial forecasting.

Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements
