Job Purpose

To support installation and technical execution activities by providing on‑site assistance, coordinating with teams, and ensuring work is carried out in line with company standards and customer requirements.

Key Accountability Areas
Installation & Technical Execution
  • Conduct site visits to assist in installation activities, provide on‑site guidance, and support mock‑ups and inspections across various sales channels.
  • Prepare technical notes, reports, and recommendations to support resolution of installation and execution‑related issues.
  • Follow established installation methodologies and quality standards to ensure consistent application across projects.
  • Participate in training sessions for contractors, applicators, and stakeholders to promote correct installation practices.
Sales & Customer Support
  • Provide technical support to sales teams in projects, showrooms, and distribution channels.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with contractors, buyers, applicators, and key customers.
  • Attend customer meetings to support investigation and resolution of technical or installation concerns.
  • Contribute to project planning by reviewing installation requirements and providing technical input.
Cross‑Departmental Coordination & Efficiency
  • Coordinate with Quality Control, Projects, and other departments to align installation and execution activities.
  • Support the delivery of technical service processes across all sales channels.
  • Assist in monitoring performance data and provide feedback for process improvement.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned activities and efficient use of available resources.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth execution of installation activities.
  • Support team initiatives focused on improving service quality and operational performance.
  • Maintain a collaborative and professional approach in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
