Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Recruiter and Interviewer based in Saudi Arabia for a fully remote, global role. You will conduct video interviews, lead structured role-playing assessments, and partner with hiring managers to refine selection criteria.

Ideal candidates have fluent English, prior recruiting or talent assessment experience, and a strong on-camera presence. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and help build high-performing teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition, or candidate assessments.
• Strong on-camera presence for video interviews and role-playing conversations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to evaluate candidate character and professionalism.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple evaluations.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multiple video interviews daily with candidates for a range of roles, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
• Lead structured role-playing calls and assessments to evaluate real-time communication and problem-solving.
• Review each open position to identify required skills, experience, and behaviours for success.
• Assess professionalism, growth mindset, interpersonal abilities, and alignment with expectations.
• Maintain accurate interview notes and candidate feedback in ATS or recruitment system.
• Ensure consistency and high standards in all candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and refine criteria.
