Qualifications

• Direct experience in the Saudi Arabia market is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement Soar's entire procurement framework.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing and commercial/contract negotiations for enterprise software.
• Manage the sourcing strategy for all indirect spend, driving cost savings.
