Overview

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to enterprise companies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling Bayt.com's recruitment products & services
  • Self‑prospect and schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients through various channels
  • Action all assigned incoming leads and outbound leads based on SLA
  • Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads
  • Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
  • Give both online & onsite demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy
  • Effectively manage a business in the assigned database through a transactional and solution‑oriented selling approach
  • Carry out other tasks as requested by the management
  • Ensure a minimum of 80% coverage of your signed stack through regular physical and telephonic meetings
  • Update CRM for all historical interactions with companies
  • Ensure data repository integrity and reliability on CRM
  • Carry out other marketing, sales, and operational activities as requested by the management
