Job description

Manage and develop relationships and work with government Or Charity to improve the liabilities and cross sell all Bank products. In addition to manage service level adherence within government, charity and SAMA time-frame. (SheHe) will be responsible of following up with relations mangers and maintain project performance.

• Complaint handling within SAMA time-frame
• Complaint handling Government and Charityin time frame
• Maintain Average TAT for e-Gov. and Tabadul users.
• Manage and oversee team performance through performance planning, coaching and feedback, also to develop the skills and competencies required for effective individual professional and personal career growth.
