  • Manage and develop relationships with existing distributors, resellers, and systems integrators in Saudi.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new partners aligned with DataPatrols global partner strategy.
  • Monitor partner performance, deal registration, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure partners are fully enabled on DataPatrols products, pricing, value proposition, and differentiators.
3. Key Account Engagement
  • Engage directly with strategic enterprise and government clients to position DataPatrol as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and procurement cycles to shape winning proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with CISOs, IT decision-makers, procurement teams, and influencers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and support smooth deployment coordination with internal teams.
4. Market Development & Brand Presence
  • Drive market awareness through focused outreach, events, conferences, and industry networking.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and local industry developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns, messaging, and lead-generation activities for the Saudi market.
5. Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful sales delivery.
  • Provide structured feedback to product management based on customer and partner insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, legal requirements, and documentation standards.
