Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and business development for Mannai ICT across Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam. This role will focus on securing significant opportunities with high-profile clients to expand market share and drive substantial revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Drive regional sales growth and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand Mannai ICT's customer base across Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam.
  • Cultivate key relationships with high-profile customers, key accounts, and end-users to secure significant business.
  • Promote Mannai ICT's full portfolio by identifying and creating large-scale opportunities in infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and IT services.
  • Collaborate with marketing, presales, technical, and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and value propositions.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and market trends to proactively position Mannai ICT offerings and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, lead contract negotiations, finalize sales agreements in line with company policies, and provide essential sales forecasts and reports.
Skills
  • Required Skills & Experience: Demonstrated success in sales and business development within the Saudi Arabian IT/ICT sector.
  • Strong existing relationships with enterprise, government, and key end-user clients in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam.
  • Deep understanding of hardware, software, cybersecurity, and IT services solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation.
  • Independent and collaborative leadership.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue and margin targets.
