Job Overview

The Regional Sales Director- KSA role at Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth in KSA Market with full P&L accountability. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of IT industry experience, including at least 3 years in IT sales in KSA, with a proven ability to manage large accounts, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver consistent revenue performance.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Sales or Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: 12+ years in the IT industry with strong exposure to IT services sales, enterprise account management, and regional business development in KSA.
  • Proven experience in Sales Leadership, IT Services Sales, and Business Development.
  • Strong expertise in Enterprise Sales, managing and closing large-scale opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi market, including customer landscape and local ecosystem.

  • Proficiency in relationship management with CXOs, CIOs, and key decision-makers.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Service Delivery).

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Saudi for IT services and digital transformation portfolios.
  • Develop business plans for key areas such as Application Services, Digital e-Services, Microsoft Business Applications, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Managed Services, Hybrid Infrastructure, and Enterprise Asset Management.
  • Establish and grow relationships with Federal Government, Public Sector, Financial Institutions, and Local Government entities.
  • Act as the face of Intertec in Saudi Riyadh, representing the company in external events, conferences, and client forums.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and repeat business.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including proposal management, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive market intelligence and competitive insights to support business decisions and vertical growth plans.
  • Manage and mentor the local sales team, ensuring performance delivery against defined targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic updates to senior management.
