Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant project management experience; or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT or Contact Center projects.
• Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Genesys solution projects.
• Serve as primary customer interface throughout project lifecycle.
