• Consult with direct reports to assess operational needs.

• Manage hotel departments to drive revenue and enhance guest engagement.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and marketing plan.
• Support sustainability initiatives and develop the Talent Pipeline.
• Establish SMART goals to maintain high performance levels.
• Interact with guests and industry representatives for visibility.
• Obtain and act on feedback to improve service quality.
• Review guest satisfaction data for continuous improvement.
• Support overall sales strategy and long-term planning.
• Conduct inspections to ensure facility maintenance.
