Job description

LCI Education wishes to identify the leader who will join its teams to structure and develop its institutional markets within the GCC and Central Asia.

Based in Riyadh, the Regional Director – Admissions and Market Development will play a key role in positioning and developing LCI Education's markets in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council States, as well as strategic markets in Central Asia.

This casting process aims to identify a leader capable of structuring a sustainable regional presence, developing structuring partnerships with high added value and carrying LCI Education's international ambition, by strengthening the visibility and credibility of the brand with educational and institutional players and local partners, in close collaboration with the network's campuses.

This role is aimed at a senior profile in the development of institutional markets, with a strong credibility with public decision-makers, able to create long-term value and position LCI Education as a premium international reference in highly institutionalized educational environments. The incumbent of the position is required to travel frequently as part of the accomplishment of his mission.

YOUR MISSION
  • Obtain and maintain accreditation, recognition, and eligibility of LCI campuses within Gulf scholarship programs;
  • Develop and implement lead-generating marketing plans and brand positioning strategies;
  • Structure and negotiate corporate sponsorship and training partnerships with major players;
  • Represent LCI Education at government forums, educational summits, ministerial meetings and institutional events;
  • Lead the development of flows of funded students (scholarships, sponsorships) and self-financed from the GCC and Central Asia to LCI Education's international campuses;
  • Structure and manage relationships with regional accredited partners in order to develop and optimize international student pipelines to LCI Education's campuses, while ensuring the quality of profiles, compliance with practices and alignment with the group's business strategy and institutional positioning.
  • Deploy standards of excellence in application tracking, responsiveness and relationship management (CRM);
  • Work closely with campus teams to ensure a seamless student experience, in compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements;
  • Monitor regulatory developments, stock exchange policies and market dynamics in the GCC and Central Asia;
  • Analyze the positioning and strategies of competing international institutions.
THIS ROLE IS FOR
  • A Professional with at least seven years of experience in the education sector, including market development, institutional partnerships and government relations in structured and international environments;
  • Profile with established relationships with ministries of education, scholarship agencies and accredited partners of the GCC;
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating institutional agreements, government agreements or structuring partnerships;
  • An excellent understanding of the cultural, decision-making and relational dynamics specific to the GCC;
  • Be currently based in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates (established expatriate profile preferred);
  • Demonstrated professional experience with the Saudi Cultural Mission (SACM).
  • In-depth knowledge and operational experience of the GCC scholarship organizations.
  • Knowledge of Central Asian markets and programmes;
  • Experience with an international education or bridging program provider;
  • Holds an undergraduate degree;
  • Professional proficiency in the Arabic language (oral and written);
  • A professional command of English (oral and written), which is essential given the regular interactions with international partners and teams.
