Arabian Trading Supplies in Jeddah is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across business units while delivering a superior candidate experience.

The role requires sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and building talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years FMCG recruitment experience.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and social channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure vacancies are filled within service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

About the Role

Arabian Trading Supplies (ATS), a member of the Mohammed Yousuf Naghi Group, is looking for a passionate and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various business functions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from approved requisition to offer acceptance.
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct competency-based interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the FMCG industry (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies across different functions and organizational levels.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
