Who We Are

FTI Consulting is the leading global expert firm for organizations facing crisis and transformation. We work with many of the world’s top multinational corporations, law firms, banks and private equity firms on their most important issues to deliver impact that makes a difference. From resolving disputes, navigating crises, managing risk and optimizing performance, our teams respond rapidly to dynamic and complex situations.

About The Role

This role sits within the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and supports Experienced Hire recruitment across the region. The Experienced Hire team is responsible for hiring a wide range of roles, from Consultant level through to Senior Director, across multiple countries and business segments.

The successful candidate will join a wider EMEA HR function of over 80 professionals – encompassing Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits – within FTI Consulting, which operates in 16 countries across EMEA.

Our team is focused on direct sourcing, attracting diverse candidates, and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, building strong relationships with hiring managers and supporting your business areas in identifying the best talent for current and future roles.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact at FTI Consulting during a period of growth and expansion in Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC Region, while applying your hands‑on recruitment experience, curiosity about how talent acquisition varies across countries, and commitment to partnering with stakeholders to secure top talent.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, source and screen top talent for FTI Consulting’s experienced hire requisitions.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and ensure they progress in a timely manner, with candidates and stakeholders informed at all stages.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their business, their competitors and key talent in the market.
  • Develop a direct sourcing focused recruitment approach for current hiring needs as well as future and opportunistic needs.
  • Play an integral part in the recruitment process by being present in interviewing potential candidates for the team in Riyadh.
  • Drive referrals, network, share FTI stories via LinkedIn and advise hiring managers on how to use their networks to generate candidates.
  • Extend, negotiate and manage offers to ensure a positive candidate experience and alignment with internal guidelines.
  • Share insights gained from candidate discussions on our markets, challenges and opportunities relating to recruitment with stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate, compliant and timely data entry in the applicant tracking system, maintaining data integrity across all recruitment activities.
How You’ll Grow

In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international recruitment by navigating diverse hiring processes and managing offer negotiations across multiple countries, giving you a practical and strategic understanding of global employment practices. Operating within a publicly listed professional services firm will further broaden your commercial perspective and sharpen your awareness of compliance in a complex, global environment. You’ll be assigned a dedicated coach who will mentor, guide and support you through regular coaching sessions and serve as an advocate for your professional growth.

As we embark on implementing Workday in the coming months, there is also a unique opportunity to contribute to and learn from a business‑wide technology transformation, gaining first‑hand experience in adopting innovative recruitment technology.

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor.
  • Commercial awareness and curiosity to understand business priorities, industry trends, and competitor talent landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in extending and managing offers across different geographies.
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented approach with a genuine passion for providing exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Track record of providing reliable, high‑quality service in fast‑paced environments with multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking initiative and exercising good judgment in managing competing tasks and resolving issues.
Basic Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience recruiting across a range of levels within Saudi, and the wider GCC region.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Direct sourcing expertise with extensive experience leveraging methods such as LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and talent communities to attract talent.
  • Experience using ATS systems and ensuring a high standard of data integrity throughout the recruitment workflow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior experience recruiting in the management consultancy sector is highly desirable.
  • Hands‑on experience of Workday Recruiting modules would be beneficial.
