Primary role of a Real Estate Manager responsible for property portfolios, oversees transactions, ensures compliance with local regulations, and plays a strategic business development role to drive sales growth and market expansion in the Kingdom's rapidly growing real estate sector.

Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
  1. Market Development: Identify emerging market opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors; research competitive landscape and pricing trends; analyze customer segments and demand patterns; develop market entry strategies for new territories.
  2. Sales Strategy & Planning: Create annual sales targets and performance metrics; design marketing campaigns to attract buyers, investors, and tenants; develop pricing strategies aligned with market conditions; build and maintain sales pipeline management systems.
  3. Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and prospect high‑value clients and investors; conduct property presentations and client consultations; negotiate contracts and close deals; implement customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
  4. Partnership & Network Development: Build relationships with developers, investors, and financial institutions; collaborate with government agencies and regulatory bodies; establish partnerships with international real‑estate firms; develop referral networks and strategic alliances.
  5. Revenue Generation: Maximize property sales and rental income; identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities; manage portfolio optimization for profitability; explore new revenue streams (property management services, consulting); strategic role responsibilities.

  1. Business Strategy & Planning: Develop 3‑5 year business plans aligned with company vision; set KPIs and monitor business performance metrics; conduct SWOT analysis and competitive intelligence; forecast market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

  3. Market Leadership & Innovation: Position company as market leader in real‑estate sector; implement innovative property management solutions; adopt technology platforms for efficiency; lead industry initiatives and thought leadership.
  4. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate business risks; ensure regulatory compliance across all operations; manage legal challenges and disputes; maintain corporate governance standards.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Report to senior management and board members; manage investor relations and expectations; communicate with government regulatory bodies; present quarterly/annual business performance reviews.
