Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
- Market Development: Identify emerging market opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors; research competitive landscape and pricing trends; analyze customer segments and demand patterns; develop market entry strategies for new territories.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Create annual sales targets and performance metrics; design marketing campaigns to attract buyers, investors, and tenants; develop pricing strategies aligned with market conditions; build and maintain sales pipeline management systems.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and prospect high‑value clients and investors; conduct property presentations and client consultations; negotiate contracts and close deals; implement customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
- Partnership & Network Development: Build relationships with developers, investors, and financial institutions; collaborate with government agencies and regulatory bodies; establish partnerships with international real‑estate firms; develop referral networks and strategic alliances.
- Revenue Generation: Maximize property sales and rental income; identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities; manage portfolio optimization for profitability; explore new revenue streams (property management services, consulting); strategic role responsibilities.
