2. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Create annual sales targets and performance metrics
- Design marketing campaigns to attract buyers/investors/tenants
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with market conditions
- Build and maintain sales pipeline management systems
3. Client Acquisition & Retention
- Identify and prospect high‑value clients and investors
- Conduct property presentations and client consultations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals

4. Partnership & Network Development
- Build relationships with developers, investors, and financial institutions
- Collaborate with government agencies and regulatory bodies
