Job summary

CodeNinja is seeking an experienced React Native Mobile Developer to design, build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Work closely with product owners, backend developers and QA to deliver secure, scalable and user-friendly experiences. You will participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and ensure releases to Apple App Store and Google Play.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years mobile app development experience with at least 3 years hands-on React Native.
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript proficiency.
• Experience with state management libraries Redux Toolkit, Zustand or Context API.
• Published apps in Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

What You ll Do

• Design develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native for iOS and Android
• Build reusable components and scalable mobile app architectures
• Turn UI UX designs and wireframes into responsive polished mobile interfaces
• Integrate RESTful APIs backend services and third-party SDKs
• Implement secure authentication authorization session management and data storage
• Improve app performance responsiveness and memory usage
• Troubleshoot and fix defects across iOS and Android
• Implement push notifications deep linking and device-specific features
• Work with QA on unit testing integration testing and fixing defects found in UAT
• Manage app builds signing and releases to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Take part in code reviews technical discussions sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
• Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards and security best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with both React Native CLI and Expo
• Familiarity with Swift Objective-C Kotlin or Java
• Experience with Firebase services analytics and push notifications
• Knowledge of biometric authentication device security and certificate pinning
• Experience in banking fintech or other regulated industries
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest Detox or Appium
• Experience with Agile Scrum delivery and Jira
