About the job:

The Head Coach – Racket Sports (Tennis & Padel, with support to Squash) is responsible for the overall planning, development, and execution of all racket sports programs and activities. This includes overseeing coaching staff, designing training programs, driving talent development, and fostering a positive, safe, and engaging environment for all players. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise in tennis and padel, and the ability to manage diverse programs tailored to various age groups and skill levels.

Job Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage Tennis & Padel programs across all levels (kids, juniors, and adults), ensuring alignment with SportPlex’s coaching philosophy.
• Design and deliver structured coaching curriculums, tournaments, leagues, and annual sports camps.
• Mentor and guide a team of full-time and part-time coaches, promoting continuous learning and high coaching standards.
• Oversee operations, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and facility maintenance for Tennis, Padel, and Squash courts.
• Enhance member experience through strong community engagement, customer care, and event participation.
• Uphold health, safety, and safeguarding standards across all sports activities and facilities.
