R&D Chef - Royadh, KSA

We are currently seeking n R&D Chef for our client, a well-known F&B Group in KSA.The R&D Chef willdevelop, test, and refine new food products and recipes, blending culinary creativity with food science, market trends, and production realities to bring innovative dishes from concept to commercial reality, focusing on taste, cost, nutrition, and scalability for the group.

We are looking for somone that has a great personality and high energy!

A bit abut the role:
  • Create, test, and optimize new recipes and food concepts for menus or mass production
  • Experiment with ingredients, understand their functional properties, and research flavor profiles.
  • Conduct taste panels and product testing to assess quality, flavor, and texture.
  • Ensure new products can be scaled up for production and meet cost targets.
  • Work with Marketing, QA, Production, and Sales teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of recipes, processes, and development outcomes.
  • Stay current on food trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, nutritional, and regulatory standards.
