Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Combinatorial Optimization, Quantum Computing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong Python programming and software engineering practices.
• Experience in algorithm evaluation and benchmarking.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute quantum optimization client projects from problem framing to delivery.
• Support feasibility studies and define scope for future projects.
• Translate real-world problems into optimization formulations and evaluate strategies.
• Develop and scale quantum optimization solutions on Pasqal processors.
• Design benchmarking and feasibility studies and assess classical limitations.
