Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Jeddah is seeking a Quality Supervisor to enhance the performance in the Transport & Logistics Division through effective Quality Management Systems design and food safety practices. You will ensure compliance with ISO standards, conduct training, and foster a culture of quality and safety. • 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry.
• Basic knowledge of ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22000.
• Work experience or knowledge in Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain activities is an added advantage.

• Ensure procedures align with international standards and keep SOPs updated in ETQ.
• Train staff on FSMS and AIBI standards.
• Conduct audits per plan and follow up on corrective actions.
• Promote a strong quality and food safety culture.
• Develop a world-class GMP program.

• Perform HARA for food safety concerns.

About the role:

To maximize the Transport & Logistics Division’s business performance by designing and implementing Quality (ISO 9001 - ISO 14001) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure procedures align with international standards and keep SOPs updated in ETQ.
• Train staff on FSMS and AIBI standards; deliver QMS, GMP, and food safety training across Al-Kharj, Jeddah, and Hail.
• Conduct audits per plan and follow up on corrective actions from internal and external audits.
• Promote a strong quality and food safety culture within the Distribution & Logistics division.
• Develop a world-class GMP program using recognized standards.
• Investigate nonconformances (e.g., product damage, temperature issues) reported via ETQ.
• Perform HARA for food safety concerns and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science/Technology, Food Science/Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22000
• Awareness of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
• 3 Years of experience in a similar role within the food industry
• Work experience or knowledge in Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain activities is an added advantage
