Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality and safety management systems in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate production processes and operational activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate incidents, non‑conformities, and safety violations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to promote a culture of quality and safety across all departments.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, performance indicators, and improvement plans to management.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on quality procedures, safety practices, and compliance requirements.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control, safety management, or related engineering fields within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with attention to detail and process improvement.
