Job summary

A leading organisation in the defence sector is seeking a Senior Quality Inspector to join their Al-Kharj team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the Defence or Automotive industries. Responsibilities include implementing quality systems, conducting audits, and managing supplier quality. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within Defence, Automotive, or Land Vehicle domains.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Saudi Nationality only.

🔧 Role Overview:

As a Senior Quality Inspection, you will ensure all products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for quality system implementation, audits, supplier assessments, and continuous improvement across operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and root cause analysis (CAPA).
• Review technical drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Manage supplier quality and vendor qualification.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO / AS9100 / defense quality standards.

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the Defence, Automotive, or Land Vehicle domain.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and QA tools (FMEA, PPAP, 8D, SPC).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Saudi Nationality only
