Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Excellence & HSE Manager to lead its Quality and Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) department. This role is responsible for driving product excellence, obtaining ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for the company in‑house laboratory, and enforcing ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards across all three divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, compliance, lab accreditation, and HSE management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Lab Accreditation

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and industry best practices.
• Lead the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation process for the company in‑house laboratory to ensure independent testing and certification of lighting products.
• Ensure product compliance with SASO, IEC, and other international standards across the Lighting, System Integration, and Power Control divisions.
• Establish and oversee inspection, testing, and calibration processes to enhance product reliability.
• Work closely with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management

• Develop and implement HSE policies in line with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training programs across all three divisions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry‑specific HSE requirements.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency and waste reduction in manufacturing processes.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Manage and develop the Quality & HSE team, ensuring alignment with the company strategic goals.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs for quality and safety performance, presenting reports and action plans to top management.
• Collaborate with the Lighting, System Integration, and Power Control divisions to standardize quality processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
