Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for civil engineering projects covering all phases from procurement to completion.
• Monitor and verify the correct execution of civil works including earthworks, concrete structures and infrastructure, identifying and rectifying deviations.
• Perform field testing and sampling of materials like soil, concrete, and asphalt and interpret results to assess quality and suitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality control for civil construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification highly desirable.
• Proven experience with various construction materials and testing methods (e.g., concrete, soil, steel).
