Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in switchgear manufacturing, preferably within the Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of IEC, ANSI, NEMA, UL, and other relevant international standards.
• Proven experience in managing FATs, inspection teams, and quality documentation systems.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, continuous improvement tools, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming components and raw materials comply with specifications.
• Develop quality plans, inspection checklists, and testing procedures.
• Monitor and control in-process inspections for 'First Time Right' results.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensure compliance with testing requirements.
